To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be in the same condition you received them
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

- Personal care items (if opened)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
We will gladly offer a replacement of full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sacred Blossom Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
